Essay: Keyfor Worker Labor And Performans of Company

     The relationship between employer and employee plays a very important role in the performans of the organization. Both of employer and employee side have some responsibilities towards each other. In  my opinion, employer has more important responsibilities toward the employees.
     The most important responsibility of employer is to pay the wage of employee because of his/her labor. In Turkey, salaries are paid monthly. Date of salary is depends on the companies. Some of them pay the salary at the beginning the months, someothers pay the middle of the months. But the employer must pay all of the labor of employee. In the other hand, employee fulfill his/her work. He/She must worth his/her saly. He/She must care of his/her working time.
     In addition, in my believe, employee must get some special rights. Ist guard must be provided by employers. It develops the loyalty of employee and the performans of employee. We know "Yemek Sepeti"  (a compony in Turkey, means "meal box") disributed $27 million to its employee. It doesn't mean that this must be related with money. It means that employer cares or minds the employee.
     Furthermore, another important thing is that employers must make better working conditions of workers. If a worker works in a good conditions, this affects the profitability of the firm positively. Who doesn't want to be in a good conditions?
     Furthermore, there is a responsibility of employe which comes from laws. It is job security. Employer must ensure the safety of the employee. The firm must supply personel protecttive equipment about the work. And the empoloyee must use these equipments while making his work. İt is responsibility double sided.Industrial working accidents are important problem for componies. This can cause death and loose of prestige of componies. There was an accident in Turkey which occurs in a pit and results about 200 workers death. It was in 23th of March in 2004.
     I think one of the most important thing for emploees is annual leave. In our laws, it says "employee must choose when he/she use his/her annual leave  and employee can use his/her annual leave completely. Employer must ensure this. It is the most natural right for workers. In Turkey, we have 14 working days for annual leave. We can use it completely without seperating by talking with employer.
     In conclusion, employers and employee have some responsibilities. But the responsibilities of employers are more that the employees'. I think, employer responsibilities are key for workers labor and performans of organization. For this, employers must protect the rights of employers.

Essay; Can We Heal The World?

     Our home, world is dying day by day. And the killer of it is humanity. But in my opinion this can be stopped. We have some missions, some works but it wont be enough. Individual behavior is needed, bu not enough. For totaly healing of the world, humanity, community must be acting together. It is unavoidable. I think first responsibility is belonging to countries and people who represent governments or country management. 

     Our future is up to our world's future. Maybe we don't be affected by the effects of climate change, global warming, but we have to care about our children's future or children's future of our children. Because of that whe have to do something different. Firstly we have to tell them our story about pollution to our children. We have to guide them not to make our mistakes. To heal the world, we have to give them all directives. And i think we can learn some new ideas about this problem from them.
     We have to fight together about this situation. It begins with family, than with neighbours, than cities, than all country after than all countries. But at the beginning we have some works. there are many habits that we have to stop. We have to stop pulluting the environment. We have some natural tresures. Our mission must protect them. They are air, atmosphere, water, stream, sea, forest, grenny areas, land. chlorofluorocarbon gasesmakes the atmosphere pulluted. We have to stop usinf pafume or deodorant. We have to use some clean firing or fuel for heating. We have to stop using coal. We have to use filters or cleaning systems in our fabric. We have to control exhaust emmisions of our vehicles. Unless we try, one day we won't breath. It is our mission to avoid our trash from water, river, stream or sea. We must find new ways to recycle trashes. But we have a say in Turkey "The most suitable cleaning is not pulluting." Waste management is very important for production facilities, too. We have to follow the rules about refuses. We have to collect our waste oil to give the firms that assigned to pick them up. it is ver shameful that to leave the waste od toilet to the streamro river.
     In this century, it is unbelievable using wood for heating. we must not cut tje trees for this aim. we have to remeber out physics lessons. Trees makes photosyntesis. They are our breathing lungs.We have to remeber again geography lessons. If there are no trees, it means we have to live in a desert.
     Furthermore, consumption is an illness that we can not give up. Someways it is supported by capitalism. But we have to face result of this. In Turkey, we were carrying our shopping with pochette. It takes many many waste and pochette stays in the environment or land for years.A few weeks ago, government expelled a law about this. Before than we were used to take the pochette without money. Now we have to pay. I think this very important and have some benefits but not enough.
     In this point, I want to mention about government responsibilities. Government must expell more powerfull rules about environment protection like forbid some harmful waste sales.Because our times are running out. We have to react fastly. We need more laws about this state.
     Governments or countries have an important tast that to inform people about climate change, air pullution or global warming. They have to scream that the world is dying, we have to make something to change this reverse and we have to make this for our childre's future.  Government must announce as much as people. The possibility of our success depends on this.
     It is necessary to merge the power of the countries. Maybe a council must be found which works to heal the world. All countries must support yhis council in different ways. If they need money, countries mus give. İf personnal, equipment or research area are needed, this must be reserved. They have to think and work day and night.
     In my opinion, money is very important for this issue. Countries must include preventing of global warming budged to annual economical plans. Money can be used for recycling. Government have to support the entrepreneur for this mission or finding new clean energy or propogation of these clean energy. Money can be used for scientific research about preventing of climate change or increase the effect of it.
     Furthermore, government is the most responsible for protecting of environment and also have methods. Audits are more powerful gun for government. They have to assign auditor for controlling the fabric or production facilities. Auditors must control the gases that are released by the fabric or wastes. The waste have a limit. if it is above the limit, auditor can give penalty. This is another way to save the world.
     In conclusion, I believe if humanity stops pulluting th world, it begins to heal. The world need only commen sense. In my opinion, the first task is for society or government. After than we have to do what is expected from us. It is not hard to heal the world, but it is not easy to give up habits. at least we have to do this future generations.
